Nose - Full of jammy fruits, especially raspberry and apricot. A milk chocolate bar studded with rum soaked raisins. Becomes slightly tart with a touch of citrus zest that cuts through the initial sweetness. Some floral and mineral notes underneath.

Taste - A mixture of tart, sweetness and spice. Floral honey, candied ginger, salty and citrusy. The apricot fruit is still prominent. The chocolate notes have changed to a more milky coffee with hazelnut syrup.

Finish - Medium to long. The tartness decreases and a warm, spicy sweetness takes over. Still fruity with butterscotch and chocolate. Some toasted oak pops up at the end.
