Distilled in 1949 and bottled in 2022, this exemplary whisky has been selected at the apex of its maturation.

Encased in a bespoke, hand-crafted Lalique crystal decanter, the remarkable 1949 vintage whisky honours the journey of The Macallan founder, Alexander Reid, from teacher to farmer and distiller. The decanter showcases etchings of Andrew Davidson's illustrations, while the accompanying tome features beautifully illustrated chapters by the artist.
