It is named after a rare and beautiful precious stone found only in the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean.

This rum gets its beautifully balance flavour with rich toffee and vanilla and a soft hint of the smoky peat, by being matured first in American oak casks, then matured in hand selected peated single malt casks from Scotland.
