A new colour changing gin from Roehill Springs Distillery, which uses their signature No 5 as the base, with the addition of the magical butterfly pea flower botanical. What starts out as a blue gin, with the addition of tonic, changes from blue to purple or pink, depending on the pH of the mixer. Described as fruity with light floral notes on the nose, citrus and spice to taste with a lingering sweetness and a hint of butterscotch on the finish.
