Nose - Full of smoke, but not typically medicinal, some hints of tarry rope, but all embedded in a mix of ripe red apples and honeyed citrus.

Palate - Ash, dry oak, more apples and honey, vanilla and butterscotch, fresh and clean with balanced oily peat.

Finish - Long and slightly peppery, hint of brine and salty iodine, sweet salt water toffee comes in at the end.
