Nose - creme anglaise, white chocolate, stone fruits and icing sugar bond with lemon zest and hints of cardamom.

Palate - creamy panna cotta, custard tarts and lemon curd cushioned with kaffir lime, lemongrass and toasted oak.

Finish - sweet layers of shortbread, apple compote and flakes almonds fading into a cedar and cinnamon linger.
