Nose - Initially quite shy but opens with time. Dusty malt with that classic Dalmore orange and some lemon zest. Sugar cane syrup and sweet vanilla.

Palate -Raw barley, warm sourdough toast spread with orange marmalade, lightly honeyed with an oily mouth feel. A hint of fresh green vegetables.

Finish - Good length, the vegetable notes of the palate become more like green tea on the finish, a hint of spice and leather in the aftertaste yet agreeable sweetness predominates.
