Ardnamurchan Peated Sauternes is crafted from 100% peated spirit, initially matured for 3 years in ex-bourbon casks before spending an additional 3.5 years in ex-Sauternes barriques. This naturally coloured, un chill filtered whisky is bottled at 50.0% ABV, with a limited release of 8,460 bottles.

Nose - Lime leaf, lemon balm, shortbread, hay bales. Pineapple upside-down cake, desiccated coconut, crème de pêche. Stem ginger syrup, pencil shavings, tobacco.

Palate -Nutmeg, dried ginger, orange blossom water. Smoked manuka honey, lemon meringue pie, salted cashew nuts. Tajin seasoning, Creamola foam, Tizer. Hickory wood, farmy smoke, earthy depth.

Finish - Spicy, punchy, bright. A luscious, decadent dram.
