TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

   1. The promotion is open only to those aged 18 years or over.
   2. By purchasing a Dram Drop, customers confirm that they are at least 18 years old.
   3. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age before dispatching any order.
   4. The promotion is void where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Period

   1. The Promoter reserves the right to end, withdraw, or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

3. The Dram Drop Offer

   1. Customers purchasing a Dram Drop will receive a single bottle from a selection of whisky products chosen at random.
   2. The contents, brands, bottle sizes, packaging, and retail value of each Dram Drop may vary.
   3. Images used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact contents received.
   4. The Promoter may include products from different regions, distilleries or discontinued lines.
   5. Dram Drops are subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Value

   1. The purchase price of the Dram Drop is £65 (inc Vat) per bottle.
   2. Any stated estimated retail value represents the Promoter’s reasonable estimate at the time of publication and is not guaranteed.
   3. Promotional pricing, discount codes, loyalty rewards, or other offers may be excluded from use in conjunction with the Dram Drop promotion unless explicitly stated.

5. No Exchanges or Preferences

   1. Customers acknowledge that the Dram Drop is a surprise product and accept the random nature of the contents.
   2. The Promoter cannot accommodate requests for specific bottles, flavour profiles, regions, brands, or styles.
   3. Subject to applicable consumer rights, Dram Drops cannot be exchanged or refunded solely because the customer is dissatisfied with the contents.
   4. Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions and allergen information where provided.

6. Returns and Consumer Rights

   1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the customer’s statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
   2. If products arrive damaged or faulty customers should contact the Promoter within 7 days of delivery at info@thespiritsembassy.com.
   3. The Promoter reserves the right to request photographic evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.

7. Delivery

   1. Delivery is available only to locations alcohol delivery is legally permitted.
   2. Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 years or over.
   3. Couriers may request valid photographic identification upon delivery.
   4. Failed delivery attempts due to inability to verify age may result in cancellation and additional charges.

8. Liability

   1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by customers arising from participation in the promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
   2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Responsible Drinking

   1. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking.
   2. Customers should consume alcohol responsibly and in accordance with UK drinking guidelines.

10. Fraud and Abuse

    1. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void orders where fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.
    2. The Promoter may limit the number of Dram Drops purchased per customer, household, or transaction.

11. Data Protection

    1. Any personal data supplied during the promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
    2. Customer information will be used for the administration of the promotion and fulfilment of orders.

12. General

    1. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute products with alternatives of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.
    2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
    3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
    4. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
