How do I redeem my gift?

Enter the gift code from your certificate, confirm the details, then continue to checkout to set up delivery for your first whisky tasting box.

Where do I find my gift code?

It is printed on your digital or printed gift certificate, usually near “Your gift code”. It looks like GIFT-XXXXXX-XXXXXX.

What happens after I redeem?

You will finish checkout so we have your delivery details. Your membership then runs for the number of boxes on the gift, with no auto-renewal to cancel.

How long do I have to redeem?

You can redeem at any time within 12 months of the gift being purchased. After you redeem, boxes are delivered monthly for the number of boxes gifted.

Are my details stored, and what happens if I continue after the gift?

Your details are not stored with The Spirits Embassy beyond the age verification. Any further extension of subscription will be done with your concurrence and resubmission of credit card details post confirmation. Further, you may change your payment method after confirmation.

Is my data handled in line with GDPR?

Yes. Our platform is GDPR compliant. We only use your personal data to process your redemption and to deliver your membership.
