Do I need my recipient's address?

No. You receive a digital gift certificate in your inbox. Print it or email it to your loved one. They enter their own delivery details when they redeem.

When will I receive the gift certificate?

Straight after checkout. The designed digital certificate is sent to your inbox in seconds, so you can share it immediately or save it for a chosen date.

How long does the recipient have to redeem the gift?

They can redeem at any time within 12 months of purchase. After they redeem, boxes are delivered monthly for the number of boxes you gifted.

Does the gift membership renew automatically?

No. The gift membership simply ends when the gifted boxes have been delivered. There is no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel. If your loved one wants to keep the boxes coming, they can start their own membership at any time.

What happens when the gift membership ends?

Once all gifted boxes have been sent, the membership stops. There is no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel. Your loved one can join as a member themselves if they would like to continue.

Is my data handled in line with GDPR?

Yes. Our platform is GDPR compliant. We only use your personal data to process your gift order and, once redeemed, to deliver the membership.
