Customers may cancel their orders up to 24 hours after purchase. After this the product is personalized and can not be cancelled.

·        Returns:

Personalized items may not be returned. 

·        Refunds:

Engraved or personalized items are often not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty or there is a manufacturing error. 

·        Delivery Dates: 

Engraving services will add an additional 48 hours onto estimated delivery dates, but they are not always guaranteed, and delays can occur. 

·        Delivery Responsibility: 

Engraving services may not be liable for delays caused by shipping companies or other factors beyond their control.
