A very special artisan gin liqueur, this 20% ABV infusion came about after Gin Bothy founder visited Italy to research agritourism. Inspired by her travels, she watched how the almonds were ground into a paste, then used as a base for Amaretto coffees and cakes.  Once back in Scotland, the special recipe was conceived and added to Gin Bothy gin.
