A rare Calvados cask finish from Balblair technically ex-white port then Calvados. Two casks squeezed into one small Calvados barrel with room to spare, resulting in a savage angel's share but a remarkably balanced spirit. Over a year in the cask has elevated the whisky with bright green apple notes and a champagne-like finish. Sourced directly from Normandy, bottled with a charming Bayeux Tapestry-themed label.
