This cask was bottled at 53.5% with a yield of only 158 bottles. Tasting Notes
Nose - Waxy peels, mocha, cookie dough ice cream and some spices.
Palate - Mint, caraway and milk chocolate-coated peanuts. Some cedar notes hinting at maturity.
Finish - Honey-nut cornflakes and ripe peaches.
