Tasting Notes
Nose: Intense currant jam at the beginning, plum jam and blueberries, directly behind it unusually strong and mineral smoke, blueberry cake with vanilla sprinkles (as with grandma), very barrel-heavy but very cool, forest-fruity ashiness.
Palate: Creamy and again dark forest fruits, the alcohol is noticeably pressing despite the low strength, creaminess of the finest, only slight dryness, the mineral notes complement the smoke perfectly
Finish: Almost a longrow in the finish - the smoke comes through well, the forest fruits dominate again, the creamy sweetness lingers for a long time with the mineral smoke
