Each single cask rum has been carefully selected by the Duncan Taylor tasting panel to ensure that only the most classic, bold and full flavoured rums make it in to this outstanding collection. Distilled in Panama at a Private Estate Distillery in 2004. Aged 14 years. 286 bottles came from cask # 48.
Tasting Notes
Nose - Fruity and floral, honeysuckle and peaches.
Palate - Sweet and sour, raisins and maple syrup, chocolate orange.
Finish - Long and candied with savoury notes.
