Tasting Notes
Nose - A sweet yet meaty dram with aromasof glazed cherries and cured meats.Stewed dark plum notes and chewyblack wine gums. Maple syrup andcrispy bacon with a medicinal influencefrom the robust peat smoke. A vibrantnose with a touch of zesty orange peel.
Palate - Sweet, smoky and waxy with a twist ofcitrus. Caramel shortbread withmarzipan, lemon zest and a dusting oficing sugar. Wax crayons and rich driedfruits with a touch of clove spice.
Finish - Rich and plummy with flavours of blackforest gateaux, bitter chocolate andsoft dark fruits. There is a recognisablecereal, earthy, farmyard characteristicin the finish.
