The Loch Gorm range is released annually in limited editions. Named after Islay’s largest freshwater lake and neighbouring the distillery, the dark murky colour of the loch’s water is reflected in the rich coppery tones of the sherry matured Loch Gorm release.
The 2022 Edition was matured in oloroso sherry butts previously used by Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin for a minimum of 8 years. From the 22 casks selected 20 are fresh Butts and 2 are refill. The Loch Gorm is bottled at 46% in April 2022.
