Kentucky Owl Bourbon was founded in 1879 by C.M. Dedman on the banks of the Kentucky River. The distillery produced "The Wise Man's Bourbon" for decades until its long and storied history was interrupted by Prohibition. Fortunately, the Kentucky Owl brand was relaunched in 2014

In celebration of the long standing ties that bind Irish and Kentucky Whiskey making, Kentucky Owl has partnered with Irish Whiskey Bonder Louise McGuane to help create our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This St Patrick's Edition brings together the tradition bonding skills of selecting rare whiskey barrels and unque flavour profiles, with the expertise of our Master Blender, John, resulting in this exceptional limited release.

Nose-Sweet caramel and honey with just enough spice married in, to pleasantly tease the palate 

Palate-Long notes of caramel, butterscotch, frosted cinnamon roll. chocolate orange, candy floss, and intro some citrus peel.

Finish- A bright forest fruit on the mid palate and long lingering finish with vanilla pod and some balanced wood influence
