A few miles off the West coast of Scotland you'll find the island of Jura. Its remote, sometimes wild but this beautiful place is the home of this delicious malt. This malt is matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and the fresh sea air with a further enhancement from the finest aged Oloroso sherry casks.
Nose - Rich and rounded balance of subtle smoky notes with sweet sherry.
Palate - Chocolate and citrus, hints of coffee and liquorice.
Finish - Whisper of smoke.
