This unusual and stunning gin comes about by taking Indian Summers natural London Dry and maturing it in an ex vintage whisky cask formerly holding a classic single malt. it has lain maturing for a number of years until it reached its optimum taste profile, blending the complex nuances of the cask with the gentle aromatic Indian summer spirit. A natural gin with great character and complexity.
This specific gin has been maturing in an ex sherry Speyside cask number G803199 and was bottled in February 2022 at 50.2% ABV
