Indian Summer Gin Co. in association with Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky Ltd has taken its natural London Gin and matured it in an ex vintage whisky cask formely holding a classic Single Malt. It has lain maturing for a number of years until it reached its optimum taste profile, blending the complex nuances of the cask with the gentle aromatic Indian Summer spirit. A natural gin with great character and complexity. Bottled in October 2020 Cask Type - Ex Sherry Bunnahabhain #G802294
