This expression has been bottled at cask strength to retain the whisky's unique and natural characteristics and subtlety of taste, and, by not chill-filtering this whisky it ensures that the aromatic components in the whisky are preserved to enhance presence and flavour.
Opened in 1825 Glencadam Distillery continues to produce its rather unique single malt scotch whisky in the same fashion as when it opened.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh fruit salad and strawberry jam mingled with cooked rhubarb, grenadine and clove rock.
Palate: Bramble jam, fresh blueberry muffins and quince jelly followed by rye bread, oatmeal and ginger spices.
Finish: Christmas pudding and brandy butter giving way to a warming nutmeg and raisin linger.
