Colour: Copper
Nose: Caramel shortbread, dried fruits especially raisins, dry and slightly nutty sherry, some spice but not over sweet.
Palate: Creamy, slightly sweeter than the nose, more spicy peppery notes with bitter orange, nutmeg and cinnamon rolls.
Finish: Spicy Chai latte, multiyear than the pallet, the spices field to a sweeter honey warmth.
