Tasting Notes
Colour: Pale Straw.
Nose: Smoky citrus, salt preserved lemons, quite sweet but with some maritime flourishes, barley sugar and salted nuts.
Palate: Quite spicy and peppery, smoke is quite restrained at first, salt and vinegar crisps, still quite citric but has an underlying sweetness.
Finish: Warm and comforting, the spice is dialled back and a touch of honey sweetness emerges, the smoke is greener and leafier.
