The Enmore Distillery was located in the Demerara-Mahaica region along the coastal belt of Guyana and was founded nearly 200 years ago by Edward Porter. The Distillery closed in 1993 after the Guyana Government privatised the country's sugar plantations and distilleries. This expression was distilled on a pot still and is a classic example of fine demerara rum.
