Nose - Green wet peat. Lashing of fruit, smoky strawberries, blossom honey drizzled on a barbecued peach.
Palate - Some leaf tea notes amongst the smoke. A little bit "farmyard". Fruit is more of sweet citrus than nose.
Finish - Initial peppery warmth give way to some smoky preserved lemon. The smoke fades to a gental residual sweetness.
