The last 2 years are spent finishing in hand-curated sherry barrels from Andalusia in Spain, making this 12-year-old a delicious and decadent drinking experience, full of sweet fruits and autumnal spice.

Nose: Caramelised orange, ginger and sultanas, laced with honey.
Palate: Dark chocolate and crushed almonds with a dusting of cinnamon.
Finish: Sweet mangos, panna cotta and lemon sponge cake.
